The Minnehaha Country Club in Sioux Falls, SD is celebrating our 120th year of operations, and we are currently seeking passionate and team-oriented restaurant professionals to join our team. Minnehaha Country Club operates a robust on-site catering and events operation, as well as two full-service, year-round restaurants. Minnehaha Country Club is Sioux Falls’ premier country club, operates year-round and serves membership of approximately 740 families. The Club features an immaculate championship 18-hole golf course and one of the finest restaurants in the region, as well as swimming, tennis, and fitness amenities.
Our Pantry/Salads cook will report to the Windows Sous Chefs and assist in the execution of meal service. Applicants must have open availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Daily Preparation of salad line, pantry items including dessert prep. Assembling salads and cold entres during dinner service. Running for food and equipment, when necessary, while always helping to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and the standard of the club.
